La-Tania Dyer practices in the areas of civil, commercial, and family disputes involving business and property interests. She has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and brings experience representing individuals and small businesses in various matters.
Prior to joining Taylor’d Litigation, La-Tania founded and operated her own firm, Sway Law, where she developed a broad litigation practice grounded in community advocacy and practical, client-focused representation. Her earlier experience includes roles in municipal legal services, boutique litigation, and legal support positions that have contributed to her well-rounded understanding of dispute resolution.
La-Tania’s practice is complemented by her involvement in legal education. She has taught law courses at public colleges and contributes legal commentary to Law Talk on Milton.ca, where she writes about legal issues affecting local residents and small businesses. Her work is informed by a commitment to accessible legal information and thoughtful, strategic advocacy.
